Soltis is a design-and-build interior fit-out studio in Dubai. We design the space and we deliver it — one contract, one team, one point of accountability. There is no gap between the drawing and the build, because the studio that specified the detail is the studio responsible for installing it.
That is what turnkey means here: you hand over a brief and take back a finished, functioning interior. Bespoke joinery, fixed and loose furniture and FF&E are manufactured or procured to the approved specification and reviewed in person before anything is ordered — specified, not substituted.
