Villas are our home ground. The majority of Soltis's work is high-end private residences — and we design and build them with a single team, so the vision that wins the client is the reality that gets delivered.
Soltis is a design-and-build studio specialising in luxury villa interiors in Dubai. We design the interior and deliver it end to end — architecture, bespoke joinery, furniture and finishes — as one accountable team. For a private home, that single line of accountability is everything: nothing is lost in translation between the designer and the builder.
Bespoke joinery, furniture and FF&E are procured to the approved specification from trusted European and international makers, and reviewed in person before anything is ordered.
